4:45 PM - 5:30 PM    Spring Cross Country Clinics - Grades K-2
Cross Country Clinics CT Sports Network will once again be offering Cross Country training to children aged 5 - 14 years old (K through 8th Grade) this spring at Great Hollow Park. The clinics are open to all runners with our training programs designed for beginners through to experienced racers. The younger classes will focus on age appropriate running games and basic running techniques with the other clinics providing a strong concentration on running form and pacing while building endurance through running drills, games and core exercises.   All participants should have athletic shoes and water with them to each run.
 
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM    Spring Cross Country Clinics - Grades 3-5
