Basketball - Men's Over 21

Men's Over 21 league...put together your own teams.  Teams and individuals who wish to participate must register and pay online prior to December 9, 2019.  
 
League play will be Thursday nights with open play on December 12 and 19 and first games scheduled for January 2.
 
If entering a whole team, one person should print out roster (see link below in ADDITIONAL FILES) and indicate a MAX of 10 team members (rosters with less than 10 players will be filled with individuals not associated with a team). Only registered and paid in full participants will be allowed to participate. Final rosters due to office no later than December 9, 2019. Rosters that include individuals not registered and paid will not be accepted.

Updated-December 31, 2019-League is set to start games on 1/9/20. Separate emails are going out. Rosters that were not filled with paid participants had people added to them by the Parks & Recreation Department with registered and paid as an independent player. 

Registration
Place programs in cart and follow instructions all the way thru. You can either pay online or create a registration form and pay by check. If paying by check you must include your driver’s license number or your registration will be returned. Once we receive your check, we apply it to your online registration form. No one is registered until payment is received and applied to your online registration form. If you do not create an online registration form and come to our office for us to create one for you, an additional $10 fee will be assessed.

Cancellations
Requests must be submitted in writing. They will be prorated and $10 processing fee is withheld from each program withdrawal. The balance will be applied to your household account to use for a future program. If the refund is due to medical reasons, a full refund will be issued as long as your request is accompanied by a doctor’s note. If the Parks and Recreation Department cancels a program a full refund will be issued.

The Monroe Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to change schedules/locations as necessary and cancel programs due to insufficient registration or lack of instructor(s).
