The NBA FIT Dribble, Dish & Swish program is a free competition that provides boys and girls, ages 7-12, the opportunity to showcase their basketball skills against their peers in the New York City Tri-State Area (CT, NJ & NY).
Boys and girls compete in separate age and gender divisions (ages 7-8, 9-10 and 11-12) and are timed on their ability to complete the basketball skills course which challenges the participants to dribble, pass, and shoot accurately, as quickly as possible.
Participants have the opportunity to compete in three levels of competition including Locals, Regionals, and All-Star Finals at NBA All-Star in New York City. The top 2 boys and girls in each age division from the Regional Competitions will advance to All-Star Finals for the head-to-head competition.
