Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Depart for Lancaster, PA, the heart of Amish Country. Enjoy 2 nights at the Country Inn of Lancaster. This charming property boasts Amish quilts on every bed, rocking chairs on the porch, restaurant, and indoor/outdoor pool. Welcome dinner at Millers Smorgasbord.
Day 2: Join our local guide for an Amish Countryside Tour as we drive through the farmlands and learn about hteir way of life. This afternoon take our reserved seats at Sight & Sound Theatre for the brand new show "Moses." The parting of the Red Sea, the Burning Bush, the Plagues, the Ten Commandments...journey back through time and relive the golden splendor and pride of ancient Egypt, the poverty and oppression of the Hebrew slaves and the humble broken man that God raised up to become their deliverer. Dinner tonight at the Greenfield Restaurant.
Day 3: This morning we head to Hershey, PA, "The Sweetest Place on Earth." Meet our local guide for a tour that highlihgts the fascinating life of Milton Hershey, the greatest philanthropist. Hear how he build this wonderful chocolate town and his dreams to create. Visit Hershey Chocolate World where you can ride the animated tram to learn the chocolate making process and shop the neat gift shops. We head home this afternoon.
